දුරකථනය සහ පිය පදවිය උගසට තැබීම.

නවතම පර්යේෂණ වාර්තා වලට අනුව පැයක කාලයක් ඔබේ දුරකථනය කලිසම් සාක්කුවේ තබා ගැනීම පවා සැලකිය යුතු ප්‍රමාණයකින් ඔබේ ශුක්‍රාණු වල සරු බව අඩු කරන බව?

මෙම පරයේෂණ පත්‍රිකාවට අනුව පිරිමි ලිංගික අවයවයට ආසන්නයේ දුරකථනය පැවතීම ඉතාමත් අවදානම් බවත් පරයේෂණයට සහභාගී වූ අයගෙන් 47% මෙය ඉතාමත් සැලකියුතු ප්‍රමාණයකට බලපා ඇති බවත් පරයේෂණ කණ්ඩායම පවසා ඇත.

මෙම පර්යේෂණ කණ්ඩාම සාමාජිකයෙකු වන Technion University in Haifa විශ්ව විද්‍යාලයේ මහාචාර්ය Martha Dirnfeld පවසන අන්දමට මෙයට හේතුව ලෙස පෙන්වා දෙන්නේ දුරකථනය මගින් ඇති කරන විද්‍යුත් චුම්බකත්වය නිසා ශුක්‍රාණුවල උෂ්ණත්වය ඉහල යන බවයි.

මෙයට පිලියමක් ලෙස පවසන්නේ දුරකථන හැකි තරම් අඩුවෙන් භාවිතා කිරීමත්, එසේ නොහැකි නම් කමිස සාක්කුවේ දුරකථනය තබා ගන්නා ලෙසත්ය.

Story of my life! I will learn.. I will grow...

HI.... EVERYONE....!!! I'm Sajith. At the moment I'm writing this blog, I'm totally new to blogging. But I think I can share something for the greater good for the world. That's why I started this.

So.......Who is Sajith...??

I'm 27 years old. A Little bit eager life learner. But I have a great love for the sports. I have done my basic degree in Sports science and management. Then I have joined as a demonstrator(Tutor) from the same university. After one year service, I have decided to go deeper in sports science field. So...here I'm now.....Doing my Masters degree in Strength and Conditioning in High-performance sport in Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia in Spain.

I want to be a Lecturer, Researcher and a sports coach or trainer. Three characters ha...? What are you think? Is it hard to be?? Oh...wait....I forgot the most important thing...I want to be a good person.Yeah.....kind of hard things in my bag. But, You have to achieve the hard targets. Otherwise, no point of a being a human, right?

As I told you earlier, great love for the sports make me search for the new knowledge. That's why I jumped to the research. It's helped me to find new knowledge and share with others.Being a lecturer is help me to knowledge sharing thing and the best way to practice my knowledge is being a sports coach.  My main field is Strength and conditioning at the moment. I don't know whether it will change or not. But...at this moment, I'm running behind this field.  :) :)

Guys, I want to give you a piece of advice.I'm tackling my life hurdles one at a time....And you will too. Just keep trying and don’t stop trying. Dream about it. Work for it....We will succeed.... Not immediately but definitely....!!!

Spain Student Visa ගන්නේ කොහොමද? (Part one - Sinhala medium)

ඔයා මේක කියවන්න හදනවා කියන්නේ අනිවරෙන්ම Spain University එකකට select වෙලා දැන් Student Visa හදාගන්න විස්තර හොයනවා ඇති.......

ඔයා වගේම මමත් ලංකාවේ කෙනෙක්ට Spain Visa apply කරන්නේ කොහොමද කියල හොයල බැලුවට කිසිම දෙයක් හොයා ගන්න බැරි වෙච්ච නිසා.....මට හැමදේම හොයාගෙන ඒ වැඩේ කරගන්න වුණා.එත් මට වෙච්ච වැඩේ ඔයාට නොවෙන්න ඕනි නිසයි,මම මේ දේ ලියන්න හිතුවේ....

Student Visa apply කරන්න අවශ්‍ය කරන documents ටික හදා ගන්න වැඩේ ටික කාලයක් යන දෙයක් නිසා අඩුම තරමින් තමන්ට Universtiy යන්න මාස 3ක් වත් තියෙද්දී මේ වැඩේ පටන් ගන්න වෙනවා.මේක නිකන් Marathon එකක් දුවනවා වගේ වැඩක්,මහන්සිය දැනේවි,වෙලාවකට එපා වෙන්නත් පුළුවන්, එත් අතහරින්න එපා. මෙච්චර දුරක් ආවා වගේ ඉතිරි ටිකත් යමු. මේ හැමදේම කරන්නේ හොද තැනකට එන්න නේ....

අපි මෙතැනදී කතා කරන්නේ Long stay student visa ගැනයි. ඒ කියන්න මාස 6කට වැඩ වැඩි කාලයක් ඔයා studies වලට Spain වල ඉන්නවා නම් ගන්න ඕනි visa එක ගැනයි.

මුලින්ම කියන්නම් ලංකාවේ Spain Embassy එකක් නැ. අපේ වැඩේ කර ගන්න අපිට New Delhi යන්න වෙන්නවා දෙපාරක්ම. පළවෙනි පාර යන්න ඕනි application එක submit කරන්න. දෙවෙනි පර යන්න වෙන්නේ visa ලැබුනම passport එකේ seal එක ගහ ගන්න.

ඔයා මුලින්ම කරන්න ඕනි..Police Clearance report එකට apply කරන එක.මොකද එක ලැබෙන්න මාස  එක හමාරක් විතර යන නිසා. පහල තියෙන link එකෙන් අදාල තොරතුරු ලබා ගන්න පුළුවන් application එකත් එක්කම.මතක තියාගන්න මේ application එකේ 23 වෙනි කොටසට ඔයා ලියන්න ඕනි "Embassy of Spain in New Delhi" වල address එක.දැනට තියෙන address එක ඉස්සරහට වෙනස් වෙන්න පුළුවන් නිසා මම  දාන්නේ නැ. පොඩ්ඩක් බලල දාන්න.

ඊළගට කරන්න තියෙන්නේ ඔයාගේ Degree certificate එකයි Transcript එකයි legalize කර ගන්න එක.මෙතැනදී ඔයා මුලින්ම original වල photocopy අරගෙන, ඒවා ඔයාගේ university එකේ exam සම්බන්ධ Asst. Registrar ගෙන් true copy කරගන්න.

ඒ වගේම ඔයා medical certificate එකක් ගන්න ඕනි ඔයාට ප්‍රශ්ණයක් නැ කියල. මේක ගන්නකොට ලංකාවේ ප්‍රසිද්ධ hospital එකකින් ගන්න මතක තියා ගන්න. Doctor ට කියන්න පහත තියෙන කොටසත් දාන්න කියල.
"The applicant is not suffering from any disease that can have repercussions any on the public health in accordance with the International Sanitary Act 2005".
මේ certificate එක ගත්තට පස්සේ ඔයා යන්න ඕනි '' ශ්‍රී ලංකා වෛද්‍ය සභාවට''. එතනට ගිහින් medical certificate එක සහතික කර ගන්න.

ඔයාගේ අධ්‍යාපන කටයුතු කරන කලේ ඔයාට සල්ලි දෙනවා කියලා ඔයාගේ දෙමාපියන්ගෙන් හරි දෙන්නාගෙන් 1ක් ගෙන් ලියුමක් ඕනි වෙනවා නේ. අපි කියන්නේ sponsor letter කියල. ඒ ලියුම දෙන කෙනාගේ (දෙන්නම එකතු වෙලා නම් දෙන්නේ,දෙන්නගෙම හරිද ) passport එකේ details තියන පිටුවේ photocopy එකයි ඔයාගේ passport එකේ photocopy එකයි ගන්නත් ඕනි.

ඊළඟට කරන්න ඕනි දේවල් මම ඊළඟ post එකේ දාන්නම්. නැවත හමු වෙමු.
